Don't be shy, reach out via the 'Contact' page if you can't find an answer to your question here.
As a vendor, I bring art Experiences and the joy of painting to your event. While I tailor my Experiences to emphasise the personal and social benefits of creativity, I am open to requests for hosting a range of intimate, adult functions such as:
Art making is a leisurely activity which can be enjoyed in many contexts.
To see whether an art Experience is right for your event, please see the 'Booking Information' below, or inquire on the 'Contact' page for more information. Please note that the materials and style of class offered are not suitable for children or events where young children will be present.
My main focus is on providing you and your attendees the most enjoyable creative Experiences possible. As a vendor at your next event, I am not precluded from attending if Alcohol is present. However, the provision/service of food and alcohol should be arranged with a separate vendor as I am not personally licensed to serve these to attendees.
A courtesy notice that attendees will be drinking is always appreciated.
Have fun and paint responsibly!
I provide all attendees with everything you need to create a painting from scratch.
This includes measures to minimise mess, such as cotton smocks/aprons and table covers, mixing surfaces and water pots, easels and 12x16 inch canvases, brushes of various sizes, and (of course) paint! Our water based acrylic paint comes in the primary colours, as well as black and white so that we can mix every colour in between.
As mentioned in the 'Booking Information', I will not be held responsible for any messes created by attendees that result in damages to personal belongings, clothing/apparel, or the venue and its contents. Thus, it may not be the occasion to don your favourite vintage designer dress or wear that family heirloom.
After the conclusion of any Experience, your artwork is absolutely yours to take home. I simply ask that, aside from your canvas, you leave everything else for me to pack up.
Should your canvas require some extra drying time after the end of your Experience, you may leave it with me during pack-down time and collect it before I depart your venue. I will be happy to label drying pieces. Any unclaimed artwork after the specified collection time is the responsibility of its creator to collect.
To design, prepare, and perfect these painting Experiences takes some time. It is my hope that all attendees from beginners through to painting pros can find enjoyment and growth in their Experience. Having said this, I am open to inquiries for certain subject matter (depending on the request), given enough time to prepare and for a bespoke booking fee.
I am always looking to expand the range of creative Experiences I can offer my attendees and would love to include a myriad of media in future. If you have any suggestions for new Experiences, please don't hesitate to send them through via the 'Contact' page.
To minimise the amount of paint which gets washed off of tools and surfaces and subsequently enters our waterways, I instead choose to use sustainably produced, compostable cane plates as mixing surfaces.
This means that while relatively inconsequential in their use, the cane plates allow for the acrylic medium used in the painting workshops to be disposed of properly.
Before booking in your art Experience, please review the following Key Booking Information to ensure your event goes off without a hitch!
Booking requests which are not compatible with the below information (also included in the Terms and Conditions) may not be accepted.
While I'd love to fly these experiences across the globe, I currently service Melbourne city venues, as well as inner North and East locations. Any booking requests that will require travel outside of this area should kindly inquire on the 'Contact' page.
Please direct inquires about larger group sizes to the 'Contact' page and I will endeavour to respond promptly.
I possess an employee Working With Children's Check (WWCC) and can facilitate experiences for attendees of ages 16+. Please note that bookings must be made in the name of person(s) 18 or older.
Messes: I will provide (up to 5 large) table covers and smocks/aprons, I will not be held responsible for any messes created by attendees that result in damages to personal belongings, clothing/apparel, or the venue and its contents. Included in my materials are cleaning tools for surfaces and fabrics.
Attendees should also be aware that, while the acrylic paints used in these Experiences are soluble in cool water and soap, the frock under your smock should not be anything too precious. For more information, please refer to my 'Terms and Conditions' found in the footer of this website.
I will require access to the booking location approximately 30 minutes both before and after the time your Experience is scheduled to run to allow for set-up and pack down. Please keep this in mind for office/venue closing times (including venue car parking).
All people should be able to enjoy art so It is my aim to accommodate as many people in my art Experiences as possible. Should any of your attendees have any of the following accessibility requirements, please inform me (including details of your booking e.g. name, organisation, time/date) via the 'Contact' page and I will do my best to accommodate:
